fitness.

We all want beautiful bodies. Getting ourselves into shape can be quite difficult. There are so many restraints which keep us from living in the bodies in which we want to live. We wake up and drag ourselves out of bed hoping to make it to the coffee pot. The last thing many of us want to do is workout first thing in the day. Getting the family off to school and work seems like a job on it’s own but then you have to get yourself ready as well.

You find yourself putting yourself last. You feel like there isn’t ever enough time to workout. Although you are seeing your body slowly fall apart, you are in denial about it. The last thing you want to do is admit to yourself that what you are experiencing is, well, lack of self care.

You’ve been busying yourself with so much, seeing that caring for all those around you is making them happy and in many ways, making you happy. While you care for everyone around you, there is still something missing. There is this blessing of a temple that God has blessed you with which needs nurturing and adoration.

I’ve always struggled with being skinny. I’ve decided to be healthy. There are so many diets out there that work. So much science behind it all. I have dealt with extreme anemia and found things that are working for me.

One of the things that makes a huge difference for me is getting in touch with my dancing and fitness background from several years ago. There was joy in it. I have found it again. Although I may not be ready to walk the Victoria’s Secret runway, I am ready to live a life of health and beauty and enjoying for my new love of self which God has bestowed upon me. I am grateful and ready.

That also means that I am ready to coach you. I am ready for you to enjoy your life and embrace all that your great health and well-being could possibly bring forth for you.

Much love, hugs and kisses,

Fontaine
